Based in Bray, Co. Wicklow, we serve businesses across Wicklow, Dublin and the wider area. We combine the expertise of a larger practice with the personal service and accessibility of a local firm.

Pamela Keely, Principal

Pamela specialises in litigation and dispute resolution across various different areas, and advises clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Pamela began her career practicing as an Attorney in New York and has continued to specialise as a litigator in Dublin across a number of top tier and international law firms for almost fifteen years. Pamela took over as Principal of Gantly Keely Solicitors in April 2026 and will continue to provide her specialist dispute resolution expertise to both businesses and private clients alike.

Pamela obtained her Bachelors Degree in Business and Law from UCD and her Masters in Law from Trinity College. She is qualified as an Irish Solicitor and also an Attorney in New York. She has diplomas and certificates in Finance Law, Commercial Contracts and Technology Law. She is also a qualified Civil and Commercial Mediator.

Rosemary Gantly, Consultant

Rosemary qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and has worked in General Practice with a focus on Family Law since qualifying.  Through her work with Legal Aid Board Rosemary became deeply involved with families in crisis and this experience was transferred to the area of Family Law when she set up the practice in 1996. 

Rosemary continues to specialise in the areas of Family Law. When representing family law clients, Rosemary is conscious of the negative effects of protracted litigation on all members of the family. Rosemary takes a pragmatic approach endeavours to work with clients and colleagues to reach a resolution where possible without the necessity to issue court proceedings.

Rosemary has addressed a number of conferences in the area of Family Law, she is a qualified mediator and a member of the East Coast Collaborative Family Law Group.

Rosemary is an active member of the DSBA, Wicklow Solicitors Association, East Coast CFLG, Family Lawyers Association and the Association of Lawyers for Children.
